Born in College Station, Mick moved to Austin for school to attend St. Edward's University where he was a nationally ranked singles and doubles tennis player and played low level pro tennis after graduating. Mick was first introduced to pickup ultimate in college and quickly fell in love. After beginning to play seriously in 2015, Mick made the Sol in 2017 and has grown every year, leading the league in blocks in 2019.
