The Hustle has partnered with the expert coaches from SPARC Athens to prepare for the 2019 season.
We are entrusting the expert coaches at SPARC Athens with training our athletes this season. After being introduced to ultimate by Hustle player Paul Lally who works at SPARC they are really excited about helping to elevate the training of the Atlanta Ultimate community.
SPARC is a health and fitness gym in Athens, GA that helps athletes and teams develop programs to reach their athletic peak. They will be creating season long programming for the Hustle including weekly strength, conditioning and agility plans. They are available for club, college, and youth teams to do the same. We love working with coach Josh Bricker. He’d love to provide the same professional level of coaching he offers the Hustle to you or your team.
